IFT FIRST Instagram Stories

IFT FIRST is IFT’s annual expo and event for the food science community. Attendees can network, learn, pitch ideas, connect with partners and vendors, and bask in the food nerd atmosphere. Vendors can exhibit their goods, services, and research to a 15k+ person audience for 3 days. 2024 was the first time I was able to attend as an IFT employee, and it was truly the largest and most engrossing trade show/expo I’ve ever seen! I was fortunate to capture so many great moments during those few days at McCormick Place in Chicago – many of those moments made it to the IFT Instagram as Stories.
